Accredited Practising Dietician, Lisa Bates, consults every Tuesday at our practice.
Appointments are essential and a fee is charged if you do not turn up to your appointment or fail to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment.
Anyone can make an appointment to see Lisa however a referral from your regular GP is required to access Medicare Rebates. You may also be able to claim your visits through your private health insurance check with your insurance provider for more information. Appointments are $155.00 (Discount fee of $100 for concession card holders)

Sr Elaine Cornford is an accredited Diabetes Educator - available for appointments weekdays, Phone reception to book in.

Providing training in glucose monitoring and commencing insulin as well as providing advice on preventative measures such as diet & exercise. Elaine is your most up to date and valuable resource to support you with successfully managing your diabetes and avoiding complications down the track.
