Medicinal Cannabis Clinic
Dr Zarlina Darus-Mustapha is an experienced GP and is available for appointments to assess your needs and take you through the application and approval process. Appointments are generally on a Thursday morning.
Phone reception on (02) 4903 9000 to book in. No referral is required. You must attend your initial appointment face to face and then follow-up appointments can be offered by telephone.
For your initial appointment we require a non-refundable booking fee of $75 to be paid to secure your appointment and then there will be a $100 charge for the consultation on the day. (total $175.00)

This includes a 30min face to face appointment and 1 brief follow-up phone appointment in about 4 weeks time. Payment by credit card over the phone will be processed at the time of your appointment.

Additional appointment fees are based on the time:

Additional brief review or new prescription within 12 months of initial approval: $70.00

Review of same condition but change of product (requires new TGA approval): $90.00

12 month review/Renewal of TGA approval - no changes: $90.00

Existing patient with new clinical indication: $175.00 - includes 1 x brief follow-up in approx 4 weeks time.

If you are an existing patient of this practice and have had at least 1 face to face appointment in the last 12 months you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Medicinal Cannabis products are not subsidised by the PBS or DVA.
